Microblading
A semi permanent technique for enhancing the appearance of eyebrows, in which pigment is etched into the skin in fine, short strokes resembling hair, using a hand tool with a very small blade formed by tiny needles.
After consultation, initial appointment is 2 hours. A touch up is required at 2 months. Additional touch ups will be needed 1-3 years, depending on clients care, sun exposure, and products used on clients face.
Who it’s best for: Someone with sparse eyebrows, who has lost fullness over the years, wants a natural enhancement.
Best for skin type(s): Normal to dry
Not for skin type(s): Oily, mature
Powder Brow Shading
Another semi permanent technique that uses a digital machine (like a tattoo pen) to place extremely small dots of pigment on the skin, creating a soft shaded brow pencil look. This is a more opaque covering of the brow area. This wouldn’t be considered “natural”, as there would be no hair strokes in this technique.
After consultation, initial appointment is 2 hours. A touch up is required at 2 months. Additional touch ups will be needed 1-3 years, depending on clients care, sun exposure, and products used on clients face.
Who it’s best for: Someone who wants a more “drawn on” look, wants “Instagram eyebrows”
Best for skin type(s): Any, but especially for oily, or mature
Not for skin type: N/A
Combo Brow
Microblading w/ Shading
Powder Shading throughout all brow, but microblading (hair strokes) on bulb of brow, creating a more “natural” look, with an opaque coverage.
After consultation, initial appointment is 2 hours. A touch up is required at 2 months. Additional touch ups will be needed 1-3 years, depending on clients care, sun exposure, and products used on clients face.
Best for skin type(s): Any, but hair strokes will not last on oily skin
